But this time, try something new other than the simple peanut butter and jelly type – try these delicious campfire sandwiches that are so satisfying.

The Ultimate Campfire Breakfast Sandwich

What do you need:

  • 4 English sourdough muffins

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 cups BBQ pulled pork (can be leftovers)

  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese

  • Butter

Melt the butter in a medium-sized cast iron skillet over a fire pit, then quickly brown the muffins until golden brown and crisp. Set aside. Reheat the BBQ pulled pork in the same skillet until heated through. Remove from skillet and set aside. Finally, fry the eggs as you like best (it is best if they are liquid!).

To assemble the sandwich, add 1/2 cup of pulled pork, 1 slice of cheddar cheese, and 1 egg. Wrap in foil and place over campfire for 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.

Iron Foot Campfire Pizza Sandwich

What do you need:

  • Pre-made pizza dough

  • 1 green bell pepper, diced

  • 1 cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce

  • 1/2 cup sliced ​​black olives

  • 16 pepperoni slices

  • Petroleum

Divide the pizza dough into 8, roll out, and flatten into approximately 4.5 x 4.5-inch squares. Brush or spray the cake sheet with oil and place a square of dough on the bottom plate. Place 1/4 of the chupa pizza, mozzarella cheese, bell pepper, olives and pepperoni. Cover with another square of dough. Close and lock the cake plate. What do you need:

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls

  • 1/2 kg. slices of deli ham

  • 12 slices of provolone cheese

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon dried onion

  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar

In a small bowl, combine the butter, mustard, onion, and brown sugar. Set aside. Prepare 6 sheets of sturdy aluminum foil. Cut each roll and place 1 ham and 1 slice of cheese on each. Close the sandwich. Place 2 rolls on each foil and pour the butter mixture evenly over the rolls.

Seal foil packets and heat over campfire coals for 10-15 minutes or when muffins are toasted and cheese is melted.
