We just received our new Dell Vostro 3400 today and we are pleased to present to you, our readers, this unbiased and comprehensive review of the Dell Vostro 3400. This laptop is one of the best we have had the opportunity to test and its good looks and its elegant design appeal to users of all ages and backgrounds. Its modern elements are a great addition and we were wowed by its overall look and feel. However, as we are aware that our users want more than just good looks, we have tested this laptop and each of its components for this review. Our tests started with the most important component of all: the central processing unit (also known simply as the CPU). We were thrilled to find a very powerful and capable dual-core Intel Core i3 processor, running at a speed of 2.2GHz and on a large 3MB L2 cache. This processor managed to exceed our expectations when put to the test and forced us to give the laptop 10 out of 10 points in our Dell Vostro 3400 review. Keep in mind though that there are some laptops that come with more powerful processors in the same range. Price.
Then it was time to test the memory. We were very surprised to end up with no less than 6 GB of DDR3 memory running at 1066 MHz. This was already incredible when we heard another good news: advanced users can further upgrade the memory up to the maximum capacity of 8 GB. The 6 GB has already passed all our tests with amazing speed and agility, imagine what 8 GB can do! In our Dell Vostro 3400 review, the memory gets its well-deserved 10 out of 10 points. Then the hard drive had enough storage space, 500 GB, to store all our test files, data and games, and its high speed of 7200 rotations per minute clearly had a positive impact on the overall performance of the laptop. . In our Dell Vostro 3400 review, the integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD worked very well with its 512 MB of dedicated video RAM (VRAM). It managed to render clear and bright graphics on the incredible 14-inch screen (HD with wide angle and LED technology). Definitely 10 points here! The Vostro 3400 clearly scored only 10 out of 10 in all of our tests, so we definitely recommend it to all consumers, whether you’re a student or an advanced user!
