Due to irregular heart rhythms, especially in older patients, heart failure can occur.

There are some natural cures that will help control the symptoms of hyperthyroidism.

1. We have to make some dietary changes to reduce the symptoms of hyperthyroidism. Some foods such as wheat, dairy products, soybeans, spinach, broccoli, and cabbage affect the proper functioning of the thyroid. So if possible, remove all of these foods from your diet or at least remove as many as you can to moderate thyroid dysfunction.

2. In the nervous system, the activity is already increased by the thyroid hormone and if we ingest stimulants such as caffeine or nicotine, the condition will worsen. So, to maintain stability, stimulants should be avoided.

3. An herb from the mint family called lemon balm is very effective in reducing the effects of hyperthyroidism. For the regulation of the thyroid it can be taken in the form of tea.

4. Antioxidants are also helpful in controlling excess thyroid hormones in the blood. Vitamin C and green tea can be used as antioxidants.

5. A process called acupuncture helps restore hormones to proper levels. It is a process in which needles are used. It is used to stimulate some specific points on our body so that one can get rid of this problem.
