Lots of people want to lose their belly fat, how could you blame them? It’s not very attractive and not to mention unhealthy. Even though people want to lose belly fat, there are those who are afraid of losing their biggest fat but have grown along with the extra weight gained.

I’m going to tell you how you can lose your belly fat and have even more attractive teeth than you have with the extra weight.

Exercise! Oh, the dreaded ‘E’ word. But don’t be afraid, I’m not asking you to kill yourself in the gym, in fact, you don’t have to leave your house to do most of these exercises and they are easy.

squats – are without a doubt one of the best exercises you can do for your hips, buttocks and thighs. There are many different types of squats, but the ones I’m going to ask you to do are simple and don’t require weights. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and squat down, keeping your back straight, abs tucked in, and knees behind your toes. Squat down until your butt passes your knees, then slowly come back up. Important: When you reach the top, after squatting, squeeze your gluteal muscles for best results. Repeat for 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps. Do it slowly.

lunges – Once you’ve finished your squats, give yourself a couple of minutes to rest, then, with the same feet hip-width apart in a partial stance, place your hands on your hips and take a wide step forward and bring your back knee to the floor. It is important to make sure that the knee does not touch the ground, keep your back straight and your hands on your hips. Slowly bring the leg you stepped on back into place and repeat with the other leg. Repeat for 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps. Do it slowly.

Do these two simple workouts once for 5 days a week. These solos will make your butt and legs look more defined and sexy and help you lose your belly fat in no time.
